Photographers who purchase an annual plan for the first time can migrate up to 200 galleries from supported platforms at no extra cost. Offer valid until May 27.

Migration may take up to 10 weeks. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your galleries are ready.

Please Note:
  • We are unable to migrate from Zenfolio Classic.
  • We are not able to migrate videos at this point in time, so only photos will be migrated.
  • Sub-folders are supported for SmugMug and Zenfolio but you need to organize them properly. Before we migrate your galleries, you will need to separate them into main folders. For more information on this topic, click here.
The migration cost is $1 per gallery for Yearly Plans and $2 per gallery for Monthly Plans (not eligible for free migrations).
Please Note: Check the amount of storage you’d like to migrate over and make sure your Pic-Time subscription plan is updated accordingly to reduce delays. Learn about upgrading your plan here.

Enter the password of the service you're transferring from. For your account’s security, it is recommended to change your password of the old gallery service to a temporary one before sending it to us.
We recommend setting up at least one Pic-Time 2.0 gallery template before migration, so your galleries carry over with a consistent design and experience.

Please specify the gallery template(s) you would like to use for your galleries. If using multiple templates, indicate its name and list of galleries in the notes field below. For example: Wedding - wedding galleries list, Portrait - portrait galleries list.
