Does Pic-Time charge a commission on shop sales?

Yes. Commission rates vary by plan and payment collection method. Pic-Time only charges commission on your markup - not on production costs. Upgrading to Professional or Advanced significantly reduces your commission rate, and if you choose to collect payments yourself, you'll pay no commission.

Can I migrate my galleries from another platform?

Yes. Pic-Time offers a gallery migration service for supported platforms, helping you transfer your galleries and client information with minimal effort. The service is available with paid plans, and our migration team will guide you through the process.

Do I need to enter a credit card to get started?
